EuromContact workshop “Getting ready for EUDAMED and Swissdamed compliance”
On April 13, EuromContact hosted an online workshop entitled “Getting ready for EUDAMED and Swissdamed compliance – Device registration for contact lenses and lens care products.”
The workshop brought together more than 60 participants and featured presentations from representatives of the European Commission and Swissmedic.
The session was designed to support the industry in preparing for upcoming compliance requirements through an overview of the regulatory framework and key concepts, combined with practical demonstrations of device registration procedures. Attendees also benefited from concrete implementation guidance and interactive Q&A sessions.
